4 Nights and 5 Days of expedition to The Last Resort will be filled with adventure, challenges, and learning experiences for the students of KISC. Students stay in safari tents where they spend their night amidst nature and sleep listening to the white noise of ever flowing Bhotekoshi river.

Itinerary

Day 1: We arrive at The Last Resort and settle ourselves in. After a filling lunch, TLR facilitators will throw challenges at the students. They will be reflecting everything day learn at the end of the day.

Day 2 will be hiking and camping where they will setup the camp, help in the kitchen.

Day 3 will be heading back down and it will be one of the most impactful day of the trip as the students will be interacting with local students in Tyangthali and they will also make momo for the whole school.

Day 4 will be activity day. Students will do rock climbing, Abseiling, and Canyoning.

On Day 5, we will bid adieu to The Last Resort and check out after a quick reflection of the trip.

The teambuilding facilitators will be with the group throughout the trip. The group will reach Kathmandu during noon ending the adventure filled Expedition to The Last Resort.

The 9th edition of the Sindhupalchowk International Trail Race (SITR) will take place on September 21.  

The 60 km runners will start from the village of Thulo Sirubari, where the race was originated in 2015. The 28 km runners start from the Jalbire village, which is also checkpoint 3 of the 60 km race.
